Hello and welcome to Lean Luxe Onyx, our invite-only, permanent digital residency.

Lean Luxe is a social systems company that creates the conditions for deeper connection through repeated exposure between people aligned in sensibility.

Onyx is a permanent digital residency for individuals whose work is shaped by culture and whose identity extends beyond professional role. It brings together people across disciplines who share a similar sensibility, orientation, and cultural fluency in how they think and engage with ideas.

Residents are invited after being observed over time and selected for alignment with the Lean Luxe sensibility. Selection reflects alignment in sensibility and orientation within the existing resident base, independent of industry, role, or career track.

Onyx includes over 500 hand-selected residents across disciplines including media, technology, finance, sports, food and beverage, art, entrepreneurship, and adjacent cultural fields.

The residency includes occasional digital and real-world gatherings designed to strengthen familiarity and continuity among residents over time.

This intake form establishes your resident profile and informs how you are introduced within Onyx.

Onyx is invite-only, free, and highly selective.
